Refund & Return Policy

At The Meem Store, every piece is created with care and intention. Our furniture and décor are not mass-produced — they are crafted in limited quantities using premium marble, wood, and fabrics. Each item reflects hours of skilled workmanship, making every order special and unique.

Because of this exclusive approach, we handle Refunds & Returns with the same level of attention and transparency.

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for accessories and ready-made furniture items valued below AED 2,000.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom-made pieces, large furniture items, or orders above AED 2,000 are non-refundable, as they are handcrafted exclusively for you.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our client-care team at info@themeemstore.com within 3 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is reviewed, our team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Upon inspection and approval, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Because each piece is produced in limited batches, exchange availability may vary.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for different styles, finishes, or sizes may be requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Any price difference will be adjusted during the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Every order is inspected carefully before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund — at no extra cost.
