Custom Orders Policy

At The Meem Store, customization is at the heart of what we do. From luxury sofas to marble trays, we tailor designs to your exact needs. To ensure clarity, please review our custom orders policy.

Order Process:
- Share your requirements via our Customization Request Page or Contact Us.
- Our team will provide a design consultation and quotation.
- Once approved, your order will enter production.

Payment Terms:
- A 50% advance payment is required to begin production.
- The remaining 50% must be cleared before or on delivery.
- Payments are non-refundable once production has started, as materials are sourced specifically for your project.

Production Timelines:
- Custom furniture: 3–6 weeks depending on complexity.
- Custom décor accessories: 1–3 weeks.

Refunds & Cancellations:
- Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded after production begins.
- If changes are requested mid-production, additional costs and delays may apply.

Warranty:
All custom furniture and décor are covered under our quality guarantee. Defects caused during production or delivery will be rectified or replaced.
